Commercial Terms of Service
Welcome to Sachetrapprt.com. By accessing our platform, downloading analytical publications, subscribing to material benchmark telemetry, or utilizing custom research APIs, your organization agrees to comply with these binding Terms of Service.
1. Research Licensing Tiers
Sachetrapprt delivers market intelligence under two explicit license structures:
- Single-User Commercial License: Grants one (1) designated individual within an enterprise non-transferable access to view, download, and utilize the report for internal decision-making. External distribution or intranet uploading is strictly prohibited.
- Enterprise Site License: Grants organization-wide access permitting internal sharing across global business units, subsidiaries, and R&D engineering divisions. Extended client presentation rights are included under attribution.
2. Intellectual Property & Redistribution Restrictions
All research models, packaging line throughput algorithms, polymer pricing indices, and predictive CAGR models are protected under international copyright and trademark laws. Subscribers may not re-sell, re-license, syndicate, or publicly host raw datasets without written authorization from Sachetrapprt.
3. API Usage Limits & Rate Rules
Enterprise clients holding API data feed access are subject to strict throughput thresholds (maximum 1,000 queries/hour per key). Automated scraping, unauthorized batch extraction, or key sharing will result in instant API suspension without refund.
4. Forecast Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
Market forecasts, EPR regulatory risk assessments, and packaging cost projections represent high-confidence econometric modeling based on May 2026 data. Sachetrapprt disclaims operational liability for capital expenditures, raw material procurement commitments, or regulatory compliance outcomes based on report findings.
5. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed and interpreted under the commercial laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
